The Canadian Physique Alliance (“CPA”) is a border-less, Canada-wide Community of amateur athletes who compete in bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness and bikini categories, with support from CPA promoters, judges and officials, ambassadors, IFBB Pro League professionals, trainers, fitness enthusiasts and volunteers.
In 2018, the CPA is expecting to have over 4,000 members and will be hold over 40 competitions in Canada.
The Director of the Canadian Physique Alliance in Nova Scotia (“DNSCPA”) serves as a leader in the Physique Competition Community, overseeing and directing the implementation of the CPA Contests and acting as a principal adviser to the President of the Canadian Physique Alliance, Ron Hache.

The DNSCPA works closely with other President-appointed Directors in Canada to effectively implement and support the CPA’s policy and its interests.
AUTHORITIES & DUTIES
The DNSCPA has been tasked with a number of authorities and duties, including to:
- Oversee the judging and statistics of regional events as Head Judge and/or Statistician to ensure fair, consistent and accurate measurement of competitors as per CPA standards.
- Advise promoters and competitors on competition standards and rules, competition qualifications, and other competition questions which may arise.
- Attend as many regional events as possible to ensure the regional promoters meet the competition offering standards and expectations as set by the CPA.
- Advise the President on regional situations which may arise, and provide opinion for matters that may affect the future of the sport in Canada.
